Weatherproof Housing, Keypad and LCD Screen are standard on all PayStations. The PMV2 model has a 3/16" thick powder-coated steel housing for higher security applications. It can be mounted directly to the floor, on a countertop, thru-the-wall, or to a matching steel pedestal. Price varies with selected options.
PayStation Software is programmed to fit your individual needs. The program controls all customer communication and payment devices. All payment data is stored in memory until payments are collected. Self-diagnostics are performed after each transaction and allow potential problems to be communicated to management instantly.
Thermal Printer used in the PayStation to print receipts is a heavy duty, all-weather, low voltage printer with an automatic paper cutter. With no ink cartridges or ribbons to replace, this is the same printer used at gas stations in all climates and temperatures. Each 2000' thermal paper roll prints up to 8,000 receipts.
Mars Bill Acceptor for cash payments, authenticates all US currency denominations from $1 to $100. Bills are stacked in a magazine that can be locked for additional security.
Credit Card Reader allows (POS) credit card transaction data to be captured and stored in memory for batch processing later. A customer's credit card never leaves the customer's hand so it cannot get jammed inside the PayStation.
Deposit Slot for checks, money orders or envelope deposits allow items to be placed into the storage area of the PayStation mini-vault. An item detector inside the PayStation detects each item as it is deposited. Check retrieval can be done without access to cash.
Connection to Manager's Software via serial cable, that communicates directly with your manager's computer, providing transaction history in real time.
